to get fresh milled flour you have to buy a grain milling machine and a mixer and some other sifting machine and then led dough rise and mix again then make bread molds etc

most local bakeries dont mill their own flour

and the milled flour is only nutritious for a couple hours after its milled so u cant rlly ship it

It’s incredibly easy to find a local mill or a bakery that uses freshly milled flour if you live in an urban area

Thats just not true. The most delicate nutrients like vitamin E degrade on a scale of days, not hours. In societies where it was normal to spend hours each day milling and baking bread malnutrition was rampant anyways because even fresh milled whole grain flour lacks a lot of important nutrients.
