Maybe? The drop took place in 2025, mostly after his term and I’m skeptical of how large of an effect presidents even have on this trend but I guess we can’t fully eliminate it as a possibility. Is there a specific action from Biden you’re thinking of?

The trend started before 2025, just a little bit into Biden’s term. With that said, a ton of credit should go to the governors of these cities too.
