Red States are starting to remove the requirement that lawyers need to be accredited by the American Bar Association because the ABA still has DEI initiatives. Conservatives are literally just fucking stupid

My question is what sort of certification will they need in order to practice law if not the BAR? Bc what kind of person would hire a lawyer who isn’t BAR certified? (Considering most ppl hire lawyers and don’t take the one given to u by the court)
