Why has the far right surged everywhere? It’s not really even an immigrant issue because even in countries with zero immigration the far right has absolutely surged. Is it just a consequence of the internet?

Several countries have had it happen for other reasons. Ex El Salvador (response to gang violence), Argentina (bad economy), Brazil (violent crime and bad economy)
