I mean he was joking at that time, but we know pretty well that he has already fired people who disagree with him. I was providing context because people reading this can’t see the video. There were laughs but it was a little awkward

I watched the clip on the Washington Post. There were some isolated laughs. It wasn’t really like a TV laugh track though

Trump claimed USAF Generals named it and they said the reason was to honor the P-47 of WWII. The F-35 was named by a USAF General who oversaw the program too
