I’ve said for over a year now that making hate speech illegal was a dangerous precedent and a slippery slope. People said I was the problem. Now look at what’s happening in Germany; they went for it and now criticism of Israel has been deemed hate speech

i was actually thinking abt this in the shower the other day cause while ofc i understand the intent behind it, how israel has weaponized anti-semitism and deemed any form of opposition as hate speech is just actually insane AND ITS WORKING
