A strong domestic policy that emphasizes caring for those in a society who cannot care for themselves is how a wealthy and prosperous society projects strength.
Democrats would win more elections if they spent more time focusing on the economy and less time coddling the fucking homeless. What good do homeless people do for society? Why do they feel so entitled that the government needs to take care of them?
Also if homeless people were put into a position where they could actively contribute to society instead of being a drain on resources, they would probably pay for the resources it took to get them there within 5 years.
