That isn’t how that works, even if every socialist country on earth was totalitarian that wouldn’t change the fact it’s an economic system not a political one. But to answer your question: Denmark, Norway, Bolivia, Sri Lanka, and a whole lot more

As a matter of fact, they’re not. They’re social democracies that take part in capitalism. Not that I would expect such a fine scholar as yourself to understand the distinctions

There is no country that is purely socialist and purely capitalist. A purely capitalist society does not even collect taxes and everything is built and sold by private companies for profit. A purely socialist country has no private entities whatsoever and everything is funded by taxes.
