okay then, if you were a manager and your employees claimed that you were discriminative based on ethnicity, and as it turns out all the employees who were classified as white, black, latino, or Indian were all paid the same and treated the same in every way, shape, and form, would that make you a discriminatory manager?

If you’re equating sexism to racism, who settled out of court in a case where they refused to rent apartments to black tenants, had desk workers claim rent was double what it was to black people, and has an over 500 page FBI report on said court case
