I mean, yes, but basically all Arabs and Israel are Palestinian or the vast majority. I say Arab specifically because that’s what like census status says and in my experience Israel Arabs like to be called Arabs not necessarily Palestinians.

Please, even if you think Israel is terrible, it’s still the far lesser of two evils. You can absolutely sympathise with Palestinians and Gaza without condoning Hamas.
