I’m a bit confused about what the tweet has to do with the OP (but totally agree with the sentiment). Are children born with missing limbs also considered amputees?

Being born without limb can occur from poor maternal health. Obviously not that single thing alone usually but it greatly increases the chances of abnormalities. The people in Gaza due to Israel’s occupation are in poor health. But to more specific yes they are still called amputees but the technical term if I’m not mistaken is “congenital amputees”
