Conservatives see no problem in violating the consent of people, which is the exact same thought process of a rapist. Therefore, hating rape isn’t something conservatives can really do ideologically speaking without contradicting that belief there’s no problem violating consent. At most they can say they don’t like the violence

That’s completely not true. When arresting an actual rapist, you are “violating” the consent of the criminal being arrested (if he resists arrest). This is just one of many examples.
