I must preface this with the disclaimer that I am not a parent, but why is it that so many people bring their CHILDREN to a BREWERY??? Like….. Parents really come home from work and say “yeah let’s take our kids to a BAR this fine Wednesday evening”…..?

lol i grew up as a brewery kid and as much as i hated it i also loved it. always ppl to talk to, games to pay, food to eat. sometimes they even made their own root beer that i would get to drink. i will say...i now have a pretty good understanding of beer and hops and shit 😂

No food. It’s literally a bar. The only thing they sell that a kid could have are bags of chips.

For some reason in California breweries have a different kind of liquor license than a “real” bar and their licenses allow people of all ages where a bar license is strictly 21+ so it feels like everyone who WANTS to go to a bar but doesn’t want to hire a babysitter goes to a brewery and brings their kids
