Can’t wait for all ICE agents to be charged with violating the 4th amendment. Yknow the one guaranteeing our freedom from unreasonable searches and seizures? Being charged with that removes qualified immunity. That’s why they fucking wear masks btw.

I’m slowly becoming more and more pro death penalty for very specific situations.

They probably already have leads on a majority of individuals, also federal agents have different enforcement powers the local law enforcement and the masks are mainly to protect their own identities and safety during operations. It’s the same reason people wear masks at protests so they don’t get identified. Holding federal agents to a different standard for doing the same thing doesn’t really make sense, they are just doing their job even if we all don’t think it’s right.

Federal agents still don’t get to violate the constitution, and they ought to be identifiable. This isn’t a sting against mafia crime lords, they’re kidnapping civilians.

It’s absolutely acceptable to hold federal agents to different standards than civilians as well. They’re agents and we are not.

A) they don’t have leads they go to cities and grab people off the streets B) “just doing their jobs” didn’t work for the Nazis so it doesn’t work for these demons either

Nah I’m still not in favor of it. It costs way too much given appeals and preparation for the trial. Throw them in gen pop in a Texas prison they’ll do it themselves

They don’t have leads when majority of their arrests don’t have warrants, and it’s not just their own safety when there is ZERO way to identify them and bring appropriate charges against them when they break the law. Masked protesters still get arrested when they break the law (and even when they don’t) which is the HUGE difference
