I think that the best way to get the more conservative Jews on board with peace in Palestine is to remind them that Palestinians mostly just ethnic Jews who converted to Islam. The kids in Gaza are just Jewish kids who are suffering at the end of the day

I’ve said the thing about the true origins of Palestinians repeatedly. It’s actually very common for groups on both sides to deny each other’s actual origins. Many Zionist-aligned groups push the narrative that Palestinians are recent immigrants from Egypt or Arabia (not that it means they don’t have a right to live where they are from)

Most Israelis are good with peace with the Palestinians it’s just the fact that what do they have to do for this to happen and will they keep their promises

Yes the kids in Gaza are taught to hate Jews while Arabic is taught in school in Israel and they have Arab friends but the Jews are the ones brainwashed

And the Palestinian Authority and some groups online push the “khazar theory,” a pseudohistorical claim that Ashkenazi Jews are actually Turkic nomads who converted to Judaism.

And there’s more to it than just genetic ancestry and tbh genetic ancestry is kind of dumb to me but I also don’t believe anyone has a claim to land stretching back hundreds or thousands of years. Whoever is born in that land belongs there ancestry is irrelevant in my opinion.

But Israel prioritizes Judaism in general, many Zionist actions have involved Jews who arent ancestrally Jewish. Many early Zionist settlers were subbotniks: Christian Russians who adopted Judaism. Beta Israel in Ethiopia are also converts. Conversion to Judaism is sufficient to qualify for entry into Israel. There’s more to it than just ancestry.

But like the reality is very clear that Palestinians are just the result of local Jewish, Samaritan, Canaanite, and some Arab (like the Nabateans) populations assimilating to Byzantine and then Arabic culture

Why would they not hate Israel with the genocide going on 😭 and they’ve shown less hateful attitudes and ideologies than Israel. Also I’m not about to try and justify what’s going on Palestine or Zionism based off of hatred towards the ideologies practiced in completely different countries (Afghanistan/Saudi ETC). and if u wanted to play savior from it, you don’t do that by killing EVERYONE 😭
