?! Speech does not qualify as sedition and is protected under the 1st. The member of congress was reminding the military to uphold lawful orders and not to accept unlawful orders from Trump as he can't just do what he wants with the most powerful military in the world. As that is what the military is sworn to, our laws and constitution, not the pres.
