As others have said, Congo-Rwanda is absolutely not over and his Armenia-Azerbaijan “deal” didn’t actually outline an end to that either

What we have a problem with is him taking full credit for ENDING wars, which he hasn’t. Most of his peace deals were fragile and have already been violated
