You get a notice to show and he didn’t. He refused to go to trial by judge and thus don’t need a warrant

You’re actually racist, you think cause I’m not white I should believe this or that. I should be scared? Fuck off, a citizen gets detained they eventually release you. Same thing happens when they are looking for domestic criminals. My parents brought skills and helped improve this nation. The reason they aren’t afraid of getting detained is because they give no reasons. They don’t commit crimes and acutely love this country that’s the difference between us and those you see on tv.

Pls tell me what part of the constitution specifies that these rights are only guaranteed to citizens 🙏

no suspicion was stated nor was he guilty of anything besides having and accent while being brown, traits millions of people who live in the US have. So this arrest would need a warrant, and seeing as ICE doesnt like to ask for Id or just blow it off as fake makes even more likely this arrest was illegal.

They don’t need a warrant because they have probable cause * fixed it for you. The constitution applies to everyone on US soil.

“The law requires a *judge* to order”, meaning that DHS administrative warrants are void and illegal in this situations. Only judicial warrants are applicable and valid, and per the right to due process (for all persons in the United States, not limited to citizens, but specifically *persons* (and no, your racist white supremacist views in which you only see white people as “people” do not count for this legal classification, scumbags))

I’m literally half Korean half Colombian, stupid. And my family came to the US LEGALLY!!! If you repeatedly enter the country illegally or just came over they can just remove you as we don’t want them in detention for extended periods. Come in to the country legally, when you allow illegals it punishes those who came here the right way. You’re prob white too, I’ll bet you’ve never see the real word. You are literally just believing what’s trendy. Stop being an idiot and just follow the rules!

Believe whatever you want to say, but when they’re pulling you out of your house in the middle of the night you won’t be claiming the “just follow the rules” bullshit. That’s why they’re redefining what legal immigration is, but you probably won’t speak on that. Shutting down all legal asylum avenues, closing student visa pathways, etc etc. Keep defending white supremacists until the day they ship your ass to El Salvador, I guess I’ll see you there my imbecilic acquaintance.

You’re a fucking dumbass. You’re not safe because you’re supporting white supremacists and you’re too stupid or arrogant to comprehend that. And no, your treason isn’t loving this country, otherwise you’d give a fuck about your fellow people (not just citizens, and including those accused of a crime) and their well being. Did you forget the whole “innocent until proven guilty”, a fundamentally “American trait”? What about birthright citizenship?

And no, some citizens are still detained to this day, and only about 48% of people detained are accused of a crime. You recognize the amount of legal immigrants that have been detained and deported right?

Also, since you’re seemingly unaware, you do know that being in this country illegally isn’t a crime, right? It’s not a criminal conviction at all, it’s a civil misdemeanor….

That’s why you’re quoting ChatGPT and not the actual law: It’s a civil crime, not a criminal charge, unless they were explicitly planning on entering illegally (meaning hiding info or lying), in which they can be fined under federal code title 18 or imprisoned. But if they only entered the country illegally in the wrong time or place (not in a border checkpoint, but as an accident for example), then it’s a civil penalty (see section b)

OMG, it’s like talking to a dense wall. If you come here legally and not.. you know not illegally then you’ll have nothing to fear! My family is here legally and yes there was a mix up in 07 and 23 that people were wrongly deported and then returned. I’m more likely to be struck by lightning 10 times

They’re literally misdemeanors and civil charges, not criminal convictions. Mate, as a second gen trans immigrant, pls look in the mirror. The people you’re supporting do not like us. They may seem like they’re supporting you now, but after they get rid of all they deem “illegal immigrants”, who do you think they’ll go after next, especially once they finish getting rid of us trans folk too?

It does not matter if you say that or not. It does not matter how much you defend them. You can’t claim anything about accountability when you can’t even admit when you misinterpreted a law. Maybe just detract yourself from this conversation and think about what we all discussed.

Hard to do that when you close all legal immigration and retroactively outlaw said legal immigration. Why’d your guy close out asylum and student visas? One of the *only* nation to forgo the asylum process… One day you’ll look back and despise yourself for supporting what you did, just like many Nazis looked back is disgust at their past actions (even though too many did not have that self reflection, and went on to raise the children that sparked this fucking coup we’re dealing with)

Me and my family gives more than they take from the US as Arnold said it “as a immigrant you are a guest here” the only REAL opposition I see to the legal immigrants are the ones permanently living off the government. Like the majority of Somalis and afghans.

Jesus fucking Christ. Do you even know how much immigrants pay in taxes, vs claim in benefits? You spread so much baseless hatred, hatred that impacts you nonetheless…. Like repackaging the racism and nationalism that’s cast towards immigrants and non-white ppl as a whole towards a subset of the demographic doesn’t help, all you’re doing is reinforcing that racist nonsense with this pick me bullshit…

In my ACTUAL experience if you have a skill or anything that helps the US they’ll let you in . It’s not ment to be easy tho. The us needs to protect their culture and native pop of Americans already living here. Japan and Korea do the same shit but way more extreme and I don’t see any libs complaining

LMAO okay get the fuck out, there’s no fucking way you’re a first gen immigrant as you’re literally regurgitating every single white supremacist talking point. Like gtfo, and if you are a first gen, shut the fuck up and go talk to your relatives about your own culture instead of trying to ENFORCE AND REVITALIZE WHITE SUPREMACY CULTURE YOU FREAK. I’m done with this shit. Like what the actual fuck? Wild asf✌️

You’re the reason I always vote red even if I don’t agree with somethings they do. They see me as an equal because me and my family works hard, while people like you will always see me as a minority in need of saving unless I disagree with you in which case I’m just ignorant. What a freaking joke!

Aww is that a little Freudian slip I see? Go ahead and reread our convo as reading comprehension doesn’t seem to be your strong suit. I told you to go learn about and support your own cultures instead of one built off white supremacy. Not my fault that your imbecilic ass is a white supremacist claiming to be a first gen immigrant, while advocating for mass deportation. Mate, claim whatever you want to make yourself feel better about essentially shooting yourself in the foot as a lion is running towards you. I couldn’t care less, as you advocate for people like me to be deported and killed. If you think they see you as an equal, you’re mistaken, and in for a rude awakening. You’ll always hold onto that too, regardless of any objectivity or shared values amongst the person you’re talking to in the moment, all because you believe that the people advocating for

Ethnic cleansing and mass deportation are somehow advocating in for favor? Mate I don’t think you need saving, nor am I trying to save you. You’re gone. The Nazis weren’t redeemable at all, neither are you in my opinion. That’s entirely up to you. Us having these conversations with you, calling you out, isn’t trying to save you, it’s trying to save the children from you. Don’t get it twisted. I recognize that the majority of you are lost, just like the Nazis were.

In all honesty, at this rate I don’t think most of you deserve redemption, after displaying such an obvious and outspoken bloodlust for your fellow citizens and neighbors. So no, imo you can go fuck yourself for being the Nazi you are. These conversations are for the children, to prevent them from being deluded into dangerous ideological beliefs like you were. Have the day you deserve.

I’ll be honest, didn’t really feel like that at all. Feels like you just want to have the perceived “moral high ground”, hence why you ignored all material rebuttal you received and stated that “I only hope you’ll take into consideration some of the things I’ve said”. You’re not slick. Me and others rebutted many of your points in the moment, but you ignored all of the topics of contention after you received any type of rebuttal. Stop weaponizing civility and faith to spread hateful beliefs.
