coming from someone who changed schools 13 times, private school gave me a special kind of street smart. as much as it pains me to admit, it gave me class, maturity, the ability to hold back in unfair situations, and a general understanding that we’re all shoved into ‘real life’ (yes, some more nepo than others) at the same time. but it’s not fair, and it does get better….at least depending where you chose to live after lol 🫶🏼

I think as long as you try without judgment to to learn about people who are different, and you recognize that your experience isn’t universal and in fact more narrow than most others’, you’ll do just fine. Learning and growing is part of the process for everyone and no one can blame you for it
