Ay yes let’s focus on small instances of fraud when committed by racial/ethnic minorities but ignore vastly larger instances of fraud when committed by white people. Seems pragmatic!

Fraud should be excused because it’s committed by someone who’s black? What is even your point here We can focus on the two scenarios at the same time, its not either/or
