For the sake of argument we’ll pretend for now that these 7 are the guiltiest mfers on earth. *Even then* if you believe that one false allegation *can* happen (it’s really 10% on the very low end), due process remains absolutely vital before judgement

It’s literally written in Snapchat evidence what the actual fuck do you mean by “pretend”

Idk, “free pussy” def seems damning. Either way, they’re guilty of giving minors alcohol and drugs. Bc they admitted to that. In which they should be charged accordingly at the very least(in many cases it’s a longer sentence than sexual assault)

so weird how theres plenty of their own evidence all over the place, probably lots still hidden, and yet youre making it seem outlandish to say theyre guilty

I absolutely HATE Trump and everything he stands for, and rapists can burn in hell, but we need to remain morally consistent about what we’re advocating for. It’s not okay to assume mob mentality just because it happens to be for your side this time, even if you are right on the facts. We are supposed to be building a just and fair society

Ah ok. You definitely voted for Jill Stein in the last election.

Nothing in the Snapchat messages is definitive proof of an assault occurring. I’m not saying one didn’t, and there’s certainly plenty there to be concerned about, but that’s why both sides need to make their case in court

Not at all an outlandish possibility, but also not proven, all the evidence on both sides currently is fairly circumstantial

I mean sure on the latter part, ofc I’m not saying these guys are angels, but *if* the alternative story were true and it was something consensual at the time but later regretted, the chat could plausibly look similar. It would still be gross behavior but not illegal in that case

Also remember it’s essentially undisputed that the first two males were also too drunk to consent, one literally passed out during

Nope begrudgingly for Harris, Jill Stein is a foreign asset and the Green Party has never been serious. I’m a socialist and a feminist, but equal means equal, not overcorrecting to all men are automatically guilty

I think it’s def more possible they assaulted her over regret. Even if she consented, she was fucked up beyond reasonable doubt and those boys knew so, I rather believe the victim over the innocents of those boys. Bc they knew they were exploiting her, no matter the circumstances, and deserve prison for that.

“Free p****y” like what the actual fuck?

IF (with an extra big IF here because I’m truly not trying to argue definitively for either side) this was a case of consensual promiscuity with later regret, is it really that hard to believe an asshole frat bro would use “free p***y” in that situation as well? It’s only *as* damning as you’re acting when you pre-assume guilt

And again: these particular men may very well be guilty, and I’m not advocating for any automatic *dis*belief of women either. The majority of allegations ARE true, but that doesn’t make the also real portion that are false any less of a problem, when each of them is potentially devastating to the life of a real human being. Of course the same applies in reverse for women who are victims. My argument is for due process and suspending final judgement until you have all the facts, thats it
