Idk I don’t think it’s super complicated. America exploits all her neighbors in various ways. Exploitive investments to help us extract goods we need, undermining democratic elections, polluting the world and harming global agriculture more than any other nation…etc. in return we do the bare minimum of providing healthcare assistance and now that is abruptly cut in the name of cost cutting when there isn’t even any cost cutting going on
