I wouldn’t go this far personally, because I think it’s impossible to make a framework around it that doesn’t just kill free speech in practice. HOWEVER, licensed speech (ie in one’s capacity as a physician, therapist, lawyer, etc.) is different.

ANY speech or rhetoric that discourages or demonizes abortions or gender affirming care should be illegal. It is blatant misinformation and can cause incredible amounts of harm.
