I don’t think this is true necessarily, but only because I think things get a lot worse from here. Maybe dems take back the executive in ‘28. But it’s not like they’re gonna do anything to reduce executive power or heal the widening partisan gap. Come ‘32 or ‘36, I think we’ll see an even worse version of Trump as president and an even more fascist voter base electing them into power

I don’t see us having an election in 2028 if Dems don’t win the midterms and bring impeachment cases against a lot of the administration.
