Posts like this is why we are so divided. This is ridiculous. I am a democrat but my best friend who is a republican is not a “nazi.” I have family who died young soon after getting out of concentration camps due to the brutal conditions. The fact my friend (a wonderful person I agree to disagree with on politics) is a small government conservative who reads the Bible is the same as Adolf Hitler (who didn’t believe the Bible or in hands off gov’t) is ridiculous.

You don’t abandon your beliefs because some numbskulls act up. You’re not their parent and in charge or responsible for their actions. It’s like being a Christian and saying “Well, that priest molested little boys.” I’m going to want to see him punished for his crimes, but that doesn’t mean I have to give up my religion. We’re not the same person.
