im not a hasan fan but ive learned that clip is 7 years old and he apparently pretty immediately dismissed his own words as brash. even then... i think it was a decent point phrased horrendously. the united states absolutely instigated an attack. id think an attack on the government, not the twin towers like that. it was like decades of fucking over west asia for just greed and fuck yous.

Fuentes doesn't really support any republicans at this point. In the lead up to 2024 he eventually went against trump, then switched for him for a couple months before switching back. He doesn't actually like any republicans

Because most of the young right does not support Nick Fuentes. I am a member of the Republican Club at my uni and not a single one of us supports Nick Fuentes. A quickly increasing number of the young left supports Hasan Piker.

We have known Republicans are Nazis for a long time. Democrats should hold themselves to a higher standard. This is not even close to the worst thing Hasan has said and he’s such an easy disavowal that disavowing Hasan has become an easy litmus test for whether you generally hate America and/or are antisemitic.
