Like lobster ain’t bad, I like it, it’s just not nearly good enough to justify the price tag. Its status as high end food is just because of scarcity. At one point, it was literally prison food in the U.S. and was considered one of the worst things you can eat. Crab is just as good IMO and way cheaper.

It’s def overrated tho, mfs are farming sturgeon by the tens of thousands just to salt their eggs and sell them for hundreds
