That literally has never happened. No human being has the right to violate sovereignty. Sovereignty is a human right, and it’s also a human right that the people are entitled to their democratically created immigration laws to be upheld.

did you see what happened in chicago with the daycare teacher who was violently pulled out of the class with children, parents, and staff present? they’ve gone through apartment buildings in the middle of the night to kidnap people. there are THOUSANDS of those detained by ice who people cannot locate. how is that not “rounding people up”

Unfortunately we have to aggressively locate and deport anyone who is here illegally in order to uphold democracy. This is what happens when Democrats violate immigration laws for their own political gain. We can’t afford to play nice when they play dirty.

It’s not criminal or inhumane or kidnapping. If you are in this country illegally, the US government has not only the right but the DUTY to forcefully detain you and return you to your country of origin. You’re illogical if you don’t understand why this is necessary. Staunch protections for the sovereignty of nations is essential for the wellbeing of all the world’s people as a whole.

It’s not even about the misdemeanor. I don’t care about punishing them for their crimes. In fact, I’m totally fine with letting them off the hook clean record free as long as they leave the country only to potentially return through a legal path.

You’re right, that’s a legitimate problem. Unfortunately the whole process has been ruined because Democrats refuse to use common sense and defy the law. Immigration is conceptually similar to gerrymandering across national borders. No shit Democrats support it and Republicans don’t. If you want more immigration, you’ll have to compromise in some way so the balance of power doesn’t change. Democrats refuse that.

It was kidnapping for abrego garcia and for others the Supreme Court ruled that admin wasn’t giving people enough time to have due process. Do we have a duty to send Venezuelans to cecot in El Salvador?

Also illegals don’t vote in federal elections . For a significant period the U.S. had open borders which I don’t agree we with, regardless the idea that we need to deport everyone or it’s a huge sovereignty risk is not true.

We had a border bill that 1. Raised the requirement to take asylum in the U.S. 2. Would allow the president to automatically expel anyone at ports of entry once it reach a certain amount of people trying to cross. 3. would increase funding to agencies including ICE. Republicans didn’t support this bill.
