They’re saying he was shooting from an elevated position into an unmarked ICE van that held the detainees, odds are he thought it was a van containing ICE agents and thought he was shooting them in the back and not detainees

Odds are is crazy. Patel posting critical evidence of the case and the shooter being “anti ice” on Twitter is absolutely insane. This is no way to do an investigation
