Well look at it this way. There’s a reason the revolution happened in 1979, and while it did take the country in the wrong direction it was bc the Shah was a brutal dictator too

They really are* though, remember the first shah wiped out the Iranian communists with the help of the CIA and MI6. They deserve no sympathy, and only to reap what they have sown.
