Doesn’t matter, they still made a statement with that song and imo it’s better bc if they did, conservatives would just be fucking whining but they stayed classy while still delivering a powerful message. We can agree to disagree on that tho

Also, just bc something isn’t classy doesn’t mean it’s wrong so I’d fully love if they did that but it doesn’t give the right anything to reach for which makes me happy, so it’s good either way
