You’ve posted this before. What a load of crap. Watters is joking about the men being extra rowdy during port calls, a fun event for sailors and locals alike. Anybody who’s gone out in NYC during Fleet Week knows this………… And you make it about “rape.” Where’d you get that idea from………….
