Every state that has raised its minimum wage has seen an increase in taxes, people working FOR minimum wage, and cost of living. I say we keep it low.

USDA data actually show farm wages have been rising, not falling: real farm wages increased about 1.9% per year from 2014–2024. employers have increasingly been turning to the legal H-2A program because they have trouble finding enough workers. So the idea that you can “just pay Americans more and they'll do it” isn't so simple. Try again.
