Not because they are immigrant, but more people does equal higher housing cost

the point of this post is that the increased population due to immigration is not even close to the primary reason the prices go up. housing is much more of a supply side issue than demand.

It’s so tough tho bc I tend to operate on a ‘I believe what I believe based on the best information available and if better info comes along I’m open to changing my mind’ type system but I never get proven wrong by conservatives on immigration or really most other things. I fear it’s just giving me more and more justification to generalize
