Yeah the AIPAC Dems aren’t stupid enough to ALL vote against the resolution, they know they only needed a few to vote against it for it to fail, and that would backfire on less of them.

I mean we know for a fact that Israel was gonna attack Iran, regardless of whether America helped them or not. Which likely would’ve led to retaliation on US military targets, dragging us in anyways. We also know that Republicans have wanted this war for decades. These aren’t mutually exclusive, we could’ve tightened the leash on our Middle East attack dog, but we chose not to.
