i mean I won’t act as if it’s not present within the movement, but it’s challenging that the islamophobia within zionist movements is treated differently imo. you also have to remember that online comments are a filtered representation of the movement, most people just kind of think children shouldn’t be slaughtered and like have jobs and shit

yeah, but it’s important to recognize that supporting palestine and supporting hamas are two distinct things, and there is much less of an analogous distinction between the IDF and the apartheid state of Israel

Have you read the old Hamas charter or actually spoken to Levantine Arab Muslims? They see Jews as devils. The Quran itself endorses the killing of Jews as a means to bring about the end times. The existence of Israel doesn’t erase the centuries of time under Islamization they’ve had to propagate hatred for Jews.

Hmm I wonder if this has to do with 70 years of Israelis raping and murdering their children… Antisemitism is bad, nothing can justify bigotry, but it is pretty fucking understandable why people in the region feel the way they do given the behavior of Israel, a state that constantly proclaims, “we represent all Jewish people and all of Judaism”
