Our current DOJ has shown with the Epstein shit that they will gladly violate the law as Congress gives it to them, why the fuck would I trust Pam Bondi to prosecute the crimes of ICE agents, even if Congress told her she had to? She’s refused Congress before.

The DOJ only prosecutes. They mean they only argue a case that was written by someone else after an investigation done by 4 other government entities. The DOJ is the very last step in a federal investigation and they have no control what happens in that investigation. They are simply given a side and told to argue it. That’s how federal court works.

Brother the FBI is literally a branch of the Justice Department, and the FBI is who investigates the crimes of federal agents. Why would Trump’s FBI conduct a good-faith investigation of Trump’s Gestapo?

Yes, every federal law enforcement agency is overseen by the DOJ, however they act independently. The DOJ also has their own internal affairs that will investigate themselves. Bondi nor Trump have any control over it. It can be triggered through whistleblowing, federal judges, or just an obvious violation of the law. I guarantee both the first ICE shooting and the one today trigger investigations. They’re not going to say that publicly.

Trump, Bondi, Noem, or Congress could stop this at any moment of any day. They haven’t and likely won’t. They are active members in the destruction of the constitution and our republic. The DOJ internal affairs investigations cannot be stopped by Trump, Bondi, Noem, or Congress. Once an investigation has been triggered, nothing can stop it. They are triggered independently from the government. Some systems within the government DO operate independently even if they are under another system, entity, etc. it’s not entirely under Trump’s or Congress’s control. No one has used the proper channels to make changes. Everyone is trying to do it by force. That’s not gonna work.

Sure it is, they can just arrest or kill anyone involved in those processes. The rules aren’t real dude. They can do literally anything which they can get the people under them to do. Who would stop them? Since they control the entire government. Your confidence depends on treating our insanely flimsy, honor dependent system of government as rock solid and impenetrable.
