My point is that they thought it was credible enough of a threat to warn ppl. Not exactly indicative of a country protecting its ppl

Yeah, the warnings are for drones and terror-style attacks. Which is still scary but if it makes you feel better Iran’s longest ranged missiles can’t reach the Atlantic or Pacific Oceans, let alone across them. They’d have to be given an ICBM to have enough range and I don’t think anyone with those would do that.

Yeah but we wouldn’t have to receive warnings of literally being bombed if our country actually kept us safe. It’s not really abt whether or not it’s possible for it to happen. The warnings did happen. Americans feared for their lives bc of what our government is doing.
