Basically this doctor was explaining to Jeffery Epstein that trans women are considered especially desirable and a hot commodity, easy to exploit and pimp out because most of us are poor and desperate. He also says the younger a trans woman transitions, the more likely she is to pass & present as feminine, thus more desirable & profitable so trans girls should be urged to transition younger. He also says trans men are less sexually appealing, thus less of a market for porn, & dehumanizes them.

This is being used by right-wingers to push back against the left by suggesting it proves an “agenda to trans kids” when in reality it proves that trans women and girls are easily sexually exploited and vulnerable.
