So Congress could just pass a law requiring a warrant for doing flock searches but they don’t The 4th amendment has minimums but Congress has added stricter rules (I.e. for stuff like wiretapping)

I think they’re trying to pass a law that would ban the federal government from buying ALPR systems

I mean, I don’t think it should be banned especially for stuff like toll roads or whatever But there just needs to be accountability for who searches what, and for what reason
