
Theoretically yes, but the same behavior is repeatedly seen with not just with Grenadians, but Jamaicans , Trinis (Trinidad & Tobago), Grand Caymen, St Kitts & Nevis, and several other countries. But just do the knowledge, we have several Trini professors who even warn us to not take any flights that have layovers there if you’re female because the incidence of sex crimes is highest underreported and not penalized.
Very much so. They honestly have a lot of issues- child abuse, theft, wife beating, sexual harassment everywhere, animal abuse (just this term, locals have attacked 3 dogs, two being puppies, with machetes and two of them required blood donation [my dog donated] to save their lives). Another student was in their car when one of the puppies was being attached with a machete in the road and kinda slowed down thinking it would scare the dude off, and he ran at her car with the machete.
