Classic Macbethian Equivocation. We aren’t at war because Congress never declared war, that is true. We are still striking and standing off with Iran.

Funny how that’s exactly what you’re doing, no amount of sophistic shakespearean framing changes the facts though. This is war, it doesn’t matter whether Congress declared it or not; the war powers resolution has made the constitutional division of powers an absolute joke. The material conditions on the ground are concurrent with an unconstitutional war. If there’s a law that only Congress can declare the sky blue and they never declare it so, it does not mean the sky isn’t blue.
