Nah I understand where some of them might be coming from. They’re concerned that if billionaires leave CA, they’ll lose a significant amount of tax revenue

We were kinda close though. Bill Gates was getting there at $75B. At the end of 2017 he had $86B. Then Bezos hit $112B in March 2018 apparently

You kind of have to take into account that $1 in 2016 is $1.35 now. You could argue that we already had someone with $100B in 2026 dollars back then (or pretty close)
