It’s pretty simple to fix immigration but no one will realistically be fully happy. We have to create more temporary/long term visa programs and put harsher penalties on people working illegally and hiring illegal workers.

Big emphasis on penalizing companies that hire undocumented workers - they exploit immigrants for cheap labor and often have terrible working conditions. Imo that’s not only immoral, that’s the root of the issue since people who immigrate illegally typically do so to find work

They get them and then don’t go back in to renew them so then they just stay. In other counties they go and find you and kick you out immediately

Would be a lot easier if the employers didn’t help them do this. They’re even incentivized to do so. Some work visas have very strict oversight to make sure workers are treated and paid fairly. If you’re no longer on that visa, you slip through the cracks

if they work for you then you go to their meeting with them. a representative does. same with a school visa. are they quitting and then no longer have representation or is it all fake. it’s unknown. the problem is no one is held responsible for anything anymore and the ones doing it purposely wrong are ruining it for the others
