I tried explaining initial IPO funding vs secondary trading of equity interests in companies to people on here before and it made me want to scream. No, I did not “give Raytheon money”. I own part of their company though. You’d be unwise to not invest in defense/industrials knowing Trump. He literally snatched maduro and people were guessing he’d solve Iran through “diplomacy”.
