No I'm not lying. Our fertility rate is at a rate low enough to cause demographic collapse. The only reason our population is growing is BECAUSE of replacement.

When I say no it wasn’t I mean in regards to it being uncontrolled. More immigrants may have been coming in under him but he still kept the same archaic immigration laws from previous administrations.
