I dont get why young republicans claim to hate large foreign lobbyists but dont care when american oligarchs do it here. You tell these people we should overturn citizens united, tax billionaires, that climate change is going to fuck us over eventually, and they look at you like youre insane

Once you get to a certain level of wealth, I don’t think you have loyalty to any particular nation nor care necessarily about the nation in which you reside.

Bc in their mind American billionaires are good bc that means American economy is BOOMIN and they’ll be able to be one someday but foreign money means other people STEALING IT FROM AMERICANS REEEE and America needs to be numero uno
