The idea I can never get behind is that somehow letting trump win makes it easier to do this and not harder. Why not get a centrist democrat elected, prevent all the horrific trump policy and harm to real people, and then point out all the inevitable problems with a centrist democrat admin? There would certainly be no shortage of things to criticize
