To encode certain characters in URLs, they use “percent encoding”. %25 corresponds to the % sign. %20 corresponds to a space. The folder is likely called “DataSet 1” and someone messed up somewhere and encoded it twice

mmm nvm I’m seeing some people on twitter say that the %20 link isn’t working. It’s possible that they deleted it and just didn’t manually invalidate the cache lmfaoooo
