Thats just simply not true. Romans didnt build aqueducts by assuming natural phenomena were the gods, they investigated and engineered. In Ancient Greece philosophers were already talking about lighting being static electricity produced by clouds colliding. Chinese alchemists discovered gunpowder not by sitting around saying “oh well, guess we dont know, gods did it”

I’m addressing ppl who today in the year 2026 point to things such as unsolved physics as evidence of God’s existence. Nothing else in human history proved it, this won’t either

That’s literally the point of faith. Believing without seeing. Jesus says so himself when he rebukes Thomas after the resurrection
